UASI Welcomes Jennifer Eaton as Director of CDI Services
CINCINNATI, Ohio — August 17, 2026
UASI is pleased to announce that Jennifer Eaton, MSN, CCDS, CRCR, has joined the organization as Director of CDI Services.
Eaton brings more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience spanning clinical documentation integrity (CDI), revenue cycle, value-based healthcare, risk adjustment and healthcare technology strategy. In her new role, she will provide strategic leadership for UASI’s CDI services and support healthcare organizations in strengthening documentation quality and improving clinical and financial outcomes.
“Jennifer brings an exceptional combination of CDI leadership, healthcare strategy and industry knowledge to UASI,” said Autumn Reiter, Chief Strategy and Solutions Officer. “Her experience leading CDI programs and understanding of emerging healthcare technologies will be a tremendous asset to our clients and our team.”
Prior to joining UASI, Eaton served as Research Director, Value-Based Healthcare Digital Strategies at IDC, where her work focused on healthcare strategy, technology and value-based care. Previously, she spent nearly a decade with Enjoin, serving as Executive Director of CDI and Director of Inpatient CDI Services. Earlier in her career, Eaton served for more than a decade as CDI Director at Ochsner Clinic Foundation.
Eaton has also contributed to the advancement of the CDI profession as an ACDIS Advisory Board member. She holds the Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) credential and is a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) through the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). Eaton earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Loyola University New Orleans.
