Cindy brings more than 35 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience, with expertise in inpatient and outpatient coding, auditing, and Health Information Management (HIM) consulting. She has supported a wide range of healthcare organizations, delivering coding, audit, and education solutions while building strong client relationships through clear communication and a focus on understanding each organization’s unique needs. 

In previous roles, Cindy has partnered closely with client leadership, operational teams, and sales teams to support both onshore and offshore coding services. She has played a key role in maintaining client satisfaction, strengthening long-term partnerships, and driving growth through a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
