  • Can training be tied to our audit findings?

    Yes, and that’s where it does the most good. We use audit results to see where the gaps are, whether that’s a coding guideline, a documentation pattern or a specific provider group. Then we build education around those gaps instead of a generic curriculum. After training, a follow-up audit shows whether the changes have occurred. Many clients run this as an ongoing cycle: audit, educate, re-audit, measure.

  • Do you offer physician documentation education?

    Yes. Physician education works best when the format fits the goal, the audience and how much time providers can give it. We match the approach to the situation. That might be one-on-one coaching for an individual provider, focused sessions for a specialty group, onboarding for new clinicians and residents, or on-demand learning through UASI Academy. Whatever the format, we keep it short, specific and tied to what their documentation needs to show and why it matters for quality and reimbursement.
