CONSULTING, PROGRAM DESIGN & IMPLEMENTATION

The plan, design and follow through

Sometimes that's telling you what you don't know.  Sometimes it's confirming what you already think.  Either way, we build the plan to address it

Not every fix is a big transformation

Sometimes the biggest win is a clearer workflow, better-defined roles, stronger governance or a better way to manage performance. Other times the work is bigger, and hard to design and deliver while you're also running the day-to-day. Either way, that's where we come in.

How we work

A plan with action

Clear priorities, owners, milestones and success measures - not just a plan on a shelf.

As much help as you want

We can lead the implementation, support your team, or take on the ongoing work through managed services.

Success we define together

Implementation only works with your team engaged. We agree on what success looks like together, and track it as the work goes live.

FAQs

  • How much of the work will my team have to own?

That is up to you. We can work alongside your team, lead parts of the implementation or take on more. Either way, we move the work forward without adding more to the people already running the operation.

  • How do you make sure a plan can be implemented?

We build implementation into the design from the start: clear priorities, owners, milestones and success measures,  so it's ready to execute, not just approve.

From there we can lead the rollout, support your team through it, or move the work into managed services once it's live.

  • How will we know the changes are actually working?

We agree on success measures upfront: quality, productivity, turnaround time, financial performance, denial trends or other operational outcomes and track and report them.
