Angelica brings over a decade of leadership in CDI, denials management, and middle–revenue-cycle strategy, driving measurable gains including a 65% uplift in CDI financial impact and improvements in documentation quality and care efficiency. She has led cross-functional teams to strengthen alignment across Case Management, Clinical Operations, Revenue Integrity, and IT. A nationally recognized thought leader and inaugural recipient of the ACDIS Accomplishment in CDI Award, she has presented at Becker’s and ACDIS conferences and contributes to industry committees and publications advancing CDI best practices.
