Jay brings a background in business development, technology and workforce solutions, digital marketing, and customer relationship management. Prior to joining UASI, he worked with clients across a range of industries to develop customized technology projects, managed services, specialized consulting, and talent solutions. This experience shaped his ability to understand complex business needs, build strong relationships, and connect clients with solutions that drive meaningful results. 

Since joining UASI in 2023, Jay has focused on developing strategic client partnerships, identifying opportunities for growth, and expanding UASI’s presence in the market. As Senior Strategic Account Director for UASI’s Northeast region, he works closely with healthcare leaders and internal teams to strengthen partnerships and support long-term growth. Jay is passionate about building long-term relationships, understanding the challenges his clients face, and creating solutions that deliver lasting value.
