Jennifer brings more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience spanning CDI, revenue cycle, value-based care, risk adjustment, and healthcare strategy. She has led CDI programs and initiatives across health systems and consulting organizations, combining clinical expertise with a strategic understanding of technology, performance, and evolving reimbursement models. Jennifer has served on the ACDIS Advisory Board and holds both the CCDS and HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative credentials. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing in Health Care Administration and Management from Loyola University New Orleans.
