Nancy Koors, MBA, MS, BS 

Chief Executive Officer 

Nancy serves as the Chief Executive Officer of UASI. She previously served as the Vice President of Corporate Development and has been responsible for developing the company’s strategic plan and growth initiatives. She has been instrumental in enabling UASI to continue to meet its customers’ evolving needs with innovative products and solutions. 

Prior to joining UASI, Nancy has served in a number of senior leadership positions including CEO, COO, President, and Chief Marketing Officer at companies at various stages of their life cycle. She was also instrumental in building the Venture Lab and the Entrepreneur in Residence Program at the University of Cincinnati. Her strong history as a strategic thinker, innovator and leader across several industries has enabled her to lead these organizations through periods of significant growth and increased shareholder value. 

Nancy has served on the Advisory Board and Board of Directors at various for-profit companies and also for the Northern Kentucky University Research Foundation. She has spent twenty years giving back to the business community by coaching and mentoring entrepreneurs in launching and growing their startup companies. She is a member of the Cincinnati HFMA Chapter and has served on the programming committee. She holds a Master of Business Administration, Master of Science and a BS in Marketing and Finance.
